A great place to stay...
Liked: The location was great and facilities ideal for our stay. The ease of online check in really helped, and the residence is very well located for a couple days in Charmey. The staff at the Hotel Cailler was very helpful.
Disliked: The place was very clean except for a few small stains on the floor of the bathroom, which looked like it had not been properly cleaned.The apartment was very warm on arrival, luckily it was still cool outside so with open windows it was quickly comfortable.

Nice staff, cosy place, quaint surroundings and close proximity to the spa amenities & restaurants
Liked: We loved the generous proportions of our apartment, the beautiful wooden floor and the fact that it was freshly refurbished. It felt very cosy. Staff was competent and kind. The breakfast in the cafe-restaurant was tasty and the place warmly decorated. We enjoyed that guests from outside, not necessarily staying at the hotel, could drop in for a Sunday morning coffee. It made the place busy in a nice way.
Disliked: There is nothing to say, really! And if at all, then the white bathroom, with very bright and white light ;-)
