A cozy stay in downtown...
Liked: The property is a block away from pikes place and nestled right in downtown. With 15 min walk of numerous food and bar options.
Disliked: Besides no onsite parking being slightly inconvenient, there really wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. Plenty of parking options within a short walk distance.

This isn’t the Ritz Carlton...
Liked: 1 block from Pike Place Market.
Disliked: 1) Lots of (presumably) unhoused / unstable people around. On two (2) separate occasions, just steps from the front door of the hotel, there were guys with their pants down and their @sses hanging out. Even though we were on the 4th floor there was a screaming ruckus in the alley below us next to the hotel at 4am one morning that woke us. 2) The front door of the hotel has a keypad which requires a code to be entered before the door will unlock. It needs to be replaced because it is NOT touch sensitive and your code needs to be entered several times before it will unlock. Pain in the butt when your hands are full. 3) One of the locks on the room door is non functional, but nobody tells you that so you just turn it back and forth wondering if you’ve locked the door for the night. You only find this out when you ask downstairs. 4) There were 2 remotes next to the TV when we entered, one for the TCL tv and the other was a Mitsubishi remote. I finally called the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy up. He didn’t know why there the MItsubishi remote was there since there were no Mitsubishi products in the room. The 2nd tv in the bedroom was non functional. 5) There were 2 thermostats on the wall and neither of these was non functional.

Fun, great location, will stay...
Liked: The location was great and the studio itself was great. I liked the simplicity of the studio, the floor plan and lots of natural light.
Disliked: The code for the door was long and we had trouble using it. Someone on our floor was blasting music loudly for hours on the second day of our stay. These are minor inconveniences and wouldn’t affect our choice to stay in the future.

Great!
Liked: We had an amazing time in Seattle at Reside Downtown. The apartment we booked was super well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. This was such a plus as we have been travelling for a long time. The apartment was very clean and we felt right at home. All of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and kind. The location is also fabulous and is within easy walking distance to most attractions. We loved popping down to the markets for fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as exploring all the good bakeries. We also found that the apartment was within easy walking distance to places like Capitol Hill (our favourite) and even to Fremont which we would recommend. We would recommend a stay here on your trip to Seattle and hopefully we can stay again soon.

A little bit Sleepless in...
Liked: Great location for seeing Seattle. Would definitely recommend it. A hidden gem really, as it wasn't very obvious from street level. Just around the corner from Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Close to cheap transit from airport at Westlake. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment had plenty of space and everything we needed: full kitchen, separate bedroom, big comfy bed, TV with decent channels, good daylight. The toiletries were good quality and there were plenty of towels and wash-cloths etc. We paid extra for a bay-view which gave an airy feel. Although our apartment's washer/dryer was out of commission there are laundry rooms available. Front desk was accessed through a secure lobby and was always staffed by people ready to say hi. Banksy theme on the stairs is a nice touch.
Disliked: Considerable street noise was the trade-off for the view: inconsiderate road-users with big exhausts mostly to blame! Other rooms are probably quieter and more conducive to a good sleep. The lounge area would benefit from a lamp for evenings as the ceiling lighting was very bright.

Superb
Liked: Location was one block from Pikes Market. It was a great location and central to all kinds of restaurants.
Disliked: Windows could not close all the way so you heard all the city noise at all times of the night. Sirens, car horns, engines revving, people talking in the streets.

Pleasant
Liked: Great location. Not noisy which we appreciated.
Disliked: The smell. It's an old building, everything works, it's just old.
