Disliked: Tv didn’t work, bed was two singles and could feel the gap, the lights wouldn’t work unless you kept opening the door and reactivated the power

Disappointing hotel in a great...

Disliked: Pool out of order in the summer, run down and lifeless building, made to wait to check in after 3 pm as room had not yet been cleaned, management didn't care and were dismissive and then we were put in a room with a carpark view (we paid of ocean view), room smelt like a blocked toilet, toilet kept running, air con too loud to turn on, no sheer curtains in the room, lounges in rooms filthy, loud exhaust fan outside of room, no patio furniture to sit on balcony, carpet was wet outside of the bathroom. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money they charge. We've stayed here many times over many years, it is safe to say this hotels days are over.
