I enjoyed staying in the...

Liked: Loved the decor well set out room. A comfortable chair to watch TV on much better than just the bed.The household staff where happy to deliver hot water when the kettle malfunctioned! They even gave me real milk from the dining room.It was great to have a bar and two restaurants in house. The bar staff were attentive to customers requests.The hotel was in a handy spot to investigate the city - trams and trains handy
Disliked: I requested a soft pillow when booking but that didn't arrive!! I improvised with a cushion instead!A price card for in-room supplies would have been helpful as not everyone uses the internet and not showing on inhouse menu on the TV!! There was a card explaining discount for airline staff however!!
