Modern british vibe in the...

Liked: Central based, modern hotel with british architecture design. The restaurant is very unique and chilly. Staff is totally for the guests, we spent NYE in Rendezvous and suprised us with a free bottle of champagne upon arrival.
Disliked: There is no dislike.

Great hotel in perfect city...

Liked: The hotel is lovely and clean and in a great location making it easy to walk around the city. We love the parking next door, the bar and the restaurant downstairs and the breakfast… will absolutely stay here every time we are in the city!
Disliked: Would be great if there was a little ramp from reception to the street as we had a pram and it was a little inconvenient with only one slow lift to ground level.

Liked: Hotel is in a very central location and close to the iconic train station. By judging the price/quality, it was a fine stay but I am afraid I have more negative points.
Disliked: - Staff was not the most friendliest from the reception to the breakfast restaurant. Only the gentleman who helped us to store our luggages was very friendly- Room was quite dirty and there were some trash in the wardrobe from the check-in moment- Daily room service quality was low. They were putting 2 towel sets each day but we were 3 which was easy to understand since there were 3 beds. - Breakfast was fine but better coffee or eggs are required extra payment- In one morning, staff was literally fighting in front of room on the 9th floor which was very loud and it took some minutes. I think it is important to increase awareness for that part.

Liked: The carpet and decorations in the lobby and in my room were very fancy and the location was perfect being close to Flinders Street Station
Disliked: There were no flat pillows
