Excellent location with great staff...

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.Having parking next door was reasonably priced for the 24hrs and very convenient.
Disliked: aircon blew straight onto the bed which was not very comfortable.

Disliked: Room was 3.5 hours late - meant to be ready at 3pm but was not ready until 6.30pm. TV did not work, elevators regularly broke down, air-con did not work and so on

Liked: Location of this hotel couldnt be better. Flinders St Station is about 200m away. Very close to all amenities in the city.
Disliked: Room is slightly crasmped but OK for 1-2 nights.

Liked: Great value hotel, centrally located and close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The only downside was the high prices at the bar—far too expensive for what was being offered. Either get better wines or adjust the prices.
