Very good

Liked: Good location, across from street with lots of restaurants. Nice to have a Nespresso machine and tea in the room with actual ceramic cups. Nice large bathroom with great shower. Fresh juice in reception.
Disliked: No USB ports near the nightstands. Not everyone brings a NZ converter plug.

Liked: Room was nice but I always get the room looking over a roof.
Disliked: Breakfast is average. Can’t even get a cooked egg. More money.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Liked: Convenient location. Only stayed one night prior to our flight to Auckland
Disliked: Not enough lifts for amount of rooms. Always had to wait a long time for a lift.

Underwhelming and disappointing

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Outdated rooms, paint peeling from the walls. Bathroom door cracked and didn’t close properly. Holes in the towels provided. Elevators very slow and ended up having to take the stairs multiple times because the wait for the lift was over 5 minutes. Advertised as 5 stars but I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels nicer than this

Great place to stay within...

Liked: Friendly staff, excellent location within a 5 min walk to the central shopping mall.Clean facilities and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Nil
