Liked: Location was fine, easy access to all the things we wanted to do in the short time we were there
Disliked: The room we were allocated was tired, the bathroom shower drain smelt awful, the breakfast was rubbish on our first day as there was nothing left but this morning it was fine. It’s the small attention to detail that’s missing and the fact you can’t open a window in your room for some fresh air. No way is this a 5* hotel.

Disliked: I was not offered a mountain view room, yet this was on the booking. After 3x room changes I just took the 4th room (partial mountain views) as too tired and just couldn't be bothered. I also requested a room away from the lifts but that also didn't happen.The carpet near bathroom was all frayed and shower had mould. It certainly doesn't look like the photos.I'm still waiting for my bond to be paid back.The sauna wasn't working.
