A very nice stay until...

Liked: Beautiful clean, well appointed room, excellent polite and charming staff.
Disliked: The frigging stupid convoluted way I had to sign in to my WIFI !!! Just right down the code on the envelope for the door keys like motel 6 or any other decent hotel does. SIMPLE, and not an information and identity grab. You made me LATE for attending a Rosary for the deceased that I drove over 2 hours to honor. Also, and I will be taking this up at The Walnut Creek Renaissance, I was charged for PARKING !!! I was assured that Parking would be free for the night ! How do I get my money back ??? I am pissed off about this bait and switch. BOO ! One more thing. Don't hide your refrigerator behind fake drawers. I had to call the front desk to ask where it was. Do you even read this ? I am screen shooting this so I can use it for yelp and Booking.com reviews. And If I don't get a refund on the parking fee of 25 dollars, I am giving 1 star reviews across the board.

Liked: No breakfast. Only out of picket expencies.
Disliked: I met bad experience at the lobby. I checked in on January, 20th and checked out on January, 21st. I booked the room on Booking.com on January the 5th and paid on line the same day. Recite is kept on my i-phone. However on January, 21st I got by e-mail an invoice from Rainassance hotel for $162. I contacted a person at the lobby asking for help to understand why I got another invoice on January 21st.? Answer was - because you check out. I quietly explained that I’ve already paid to booking.com on January the 5th and showed her a recite for this service. The young lady was rude, stop me on the half of word. I can’t keep conversation with her. By time I got home I got two more invoices from Renaissance hotel?!? I love this hotel - clean, cosy, private, wonderful lobby’s employees… I honestly don’t know what’s happened this time? Why this young lady(sorry, don’t know her name) behaved such unprofessional way?? But still love Rainessance hotel and hope to stay there again!

Enjoyable and very happy that...

Liked: Staff was welcoming and professional. After we were give our room key the desk agent told us about the amenities that were available to us as guest. Room was a good size, plenty of lighting and good AC/heating.
Disliked: Minor things that I would say aren't a cause for dislike. The room lacked a safe (not required for our 1 night); USB ports could be available on both sides of the bed; the ironing board was very dated and I felt bad that it couldn't be collapsed to be put away. Last thing, the mattress was to soft for my comfort level.
