Disliked: We were right next to a wedding party. They were out of control. We complained and it took quite a long time with our intervention to finally quiet them down. The staff said they would do something. It took an eternity for them to finally resolve the issue

Beautiful and great location but...

Liked: Hotel is beautiful and smells good. The rooms were clean when we got there.
Disliked: We stayed 3 nights and only 1 day they cleaned the room because we asked them do it.Also we got charged 2x and couldn't get a hold of someone that could fix the problem right away.

Liked: We ate breakfast a couple of times and we had a lovely dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant. On every occasion we thought the food was great and the staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. We also had dessert with after dinner drinks in the Bar on three occasions and love the staff and Keylime cheesecake was the best.
