Front desk needs more training.

Liked: Most of the staff was very friendly. The bartenders were outstanding.
Disliked: Upon arriving, I went to check in and the 2 clerks were more involved with the person in front of me. A 3rd clerk came and started talking with them. After about 5 minutes I said is there anyone here that can check me in. 1 young man said thought you were with these people, I said you never asked if I was! Then when checking out 3 days later, went to the desk, no one in sight. Stood there waiting while the clerk at the snack counter saw me but keep talking to a customer about nothing. Finally a manager came by and I said, can someone help me? He went and got someone, who was sorry. They should have a camera on the front desk so paying customers DO not have to wait. Also the clerk at the snack place should be more in turn. When I walked away, she was laying on the container looking at her phone, so unprofessional.

Disliked: Night stand outlets and reading light were inop. Faucet was loose. Way too modern decor throughout the hotel for being in the oldest city in America. Expected a historic Spanish vibe. Way too expensive.
