Enjoyable stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good, lots of options. Staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We felt that our room wasn’t equipped for 3 people, had to request extra coffee, extra cups etc. There was also a lot of dust on the top of our headboards. Minor things really.

Disliked: The full beds were hard as rocks. Terrible sleep.

Passable

Liked: The location and room was clean. The food was good I had the Cuban sandwich at restaurant 515. .
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. The fridge was not functioning. There were only a couple of ice machines in the whole building. Parking was difficult. My key cards were not functioning properly.

Great room, comfortable bed, check...

Liked: Location is excellent. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had.
Disliked: The check in staff member didn't honor my request to not have housekeeping during my stay. And she didn't seem to care that someone has established a profile on the website using my email address keeping me from being able to check in using the website. I wanted someone to take action on this other person who is using my email address with Marriott.
