Modern hotel with good front...

Liked: Property was clean and modern. Also in a good location of downtown Dallas and an acceptable walk to Deep Ellum.
Disliked: Awkward encounter with bar staff wherein he would not serve us as he said he was closed but proceeded to serve customers who arrived after us? With respect he owned up to his misgivings when approached and questioned. Duly proceeded to serve us appropriately.

It was a good stay...

Liked: Staff was great. Early check-in that we requested was granted, and that was so helpful. It was easy in and out of hotel each day.
Disliked: The room we had was fine, but was close to elevator and a bit loud. Shower glass design seemed a bit off, allowing water throughout bathroom.
