Very nice boutique hotel that...

Liked: Very comfortable, modern room.
Disliked: Restaurant menu was expensive and just OK selections-wise.

Pretty good all tolled and...

Liked: Very nice lobby area. Fireplace, cool Dallas music theme, done up for the holidays. Rooms were comfortable with tremendous showers in the bathroom.
Disliked: Downtown is not very vibey and I had next to no view from my window. Internet was shoddy. Front desk help was slow.

Modern hotel with good front...

Liked: Property was clean and modern. Also in a good location of downtown Dallas and an acceptable walk to Deep Ellum.
Disliked: Awkward encounter with bar staff wherein he would not serve us as he said he was closed but proceeded to serve customers who arrived after us? With respect he owned up to his misgivings when approached and questioned. Duly proceeded to serve us appropriately.
