Wonderful stay

Liked: The hotel was extremely wonderful and the staff there were amazing from checking in to checking out and the restaurants and bar were very good. We would definitely go back there and we will recommend it to family and friends.
Disliked: Very nice place to stay, nice to set out side by the fire and look at the river.

Great Location Very Comfortable

Liked: We wanted a place close to the river. We loved the location. We wanted a place smoke-free. It was nice that there was not gambling in the hotel.
Disliked: We didn't like paying for parking. We thought that it should be included in the price of the room.

Clean and comfortable with lovely...

Liked: Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds and clean. Staff is really great, especially the waiters at the restaurant overlooking the river. Food at this restaurant was quite good as were the drinks. And the view of the Truckee River is just great while having drinks and appetizers. Self park was easy and convenient. The area is dicey. Lots of homeless but the hotel is so well monitored and always felt safe. I would stay here again next time I'm in Reno.
