Disliked: Extra $42 for parking every day

Won’t stay again

Liked: The room was fine, no towel rack near sink but clean and met our needs
Disliked: There for two full days, entire time two of four elevators not working with a fully booked hotel. Waited 15-20 minutes each time. Understaffed for amount of people there, and nothing done when I complained about dog barking as late as midnight and as early as 6 am. Won’t stay there again

Dangerous Elevator Failure Firefighters had...

Disliked: An extremely scary and dangerous experience at the Renaissance Phoenix, the elevator suddenly dropped several floors until the brake activated, I was locked in between floors for a long time, firefighters had to come answer asked me to jump, I was afraid the elevator would start and hurt myself or worst.Poor elevator maintenance at a 5 star Marriott Hotel, not expected.
