Wonderful, memorable and short (...

Liked: Location, good ambience and serenity surrounding the hotel was what we were looking for primarily and this hotel had all these. Omy, the guest relations officer was exceptionally helpful and very good in understanding our needs, this made our stay at the hotel comfortable. Amrith, at the front desk and some of his colleagues too was very resourceful and helpful, especially with non English speaking locals. I would like to mention a tech named Niyyaz, who was very good at fixing my mothers’ wheelchair and we are grateful to him for it, as our holiday and sightseeing in Paris wouldn’t have been possible without his help !!
Disliked: In room dining, room service, menu options and catering was unexpectedly poor and definitely needs improvement, so does the hospitality and courteousness of the staff providing room service. Menu options at the Hamptons grill were very limited and restrictive with hardly any options for vegetarians and those who prefer lamb and chicken, so we didn’t enjoy lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet was mostly English and American not exceptional with no French cuisine at all !!Overall we expected better hospitality since this is a Renaissance hotel.
