Disliked: Having to pay for parking for two cars, and I was double chargwed my room. It's been a month of me trying to be refunded.

Great hotel, booking.com failed me

Liked: The hotel has been our usual spot so all good there, as expected and we will continue to stay there when we visit.
Disliked: Hotel was great, no problem with them at all. Highly recommended!Booking.com let me down though. The hotel did not have my reservation done through booking.com at all. I called them ahead so I was able to book a room at the last moment just before I arrived. We were exhausted by the time we got there, so glad the hotel could accommodate us. So I am not going to use booking.com for reservations at this place and potentially other places too. Big lesson learned.

Large hotel with spacious rooms.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean
Disliked: The ac was turned to 65 upon arriving and stayed at 78 for a good two hours, called front desk to send a tech up. He came up and removed something from the wall and then said it would work and left. After about 45 minutes we realized it still wasn’t cooling and the thermostat read it was 75…front desk associate was direct and to the point…zero friendliness. Later in the stay I realized they had charged me again upon check in, I had prepared upon booking online already
