Too hot to handle.

Liked: The room was clean and it was conveniently located to where we were going.
Disliked: When we got in our room it was 82 degrees. We waited for the engineer to come and tell us the AC wasn't working and he had to go check something by the office and he would get back to us. He never got back to us. After some time, I went to the front desk to make sure they had another room because my husband and I weren't going to wait much longer. They told us they would let us know something. After about 3-4 hours the room eventually started to cool down, bi no communication from me one. We were robbed of that time of our get away.

Disliked: The restaurant was empty and not welcoming. My dinner with room service was appalling. It was delivered to my room in a brown paper bag with plastic containers and plastic knife and forks!! To food was not even good, like this old backed potato that was totally tasteless and even soggy. There was not even salt and paper. The meal was unacceptable.
