Good experience but pricy

Liked: The ambiance, location and 5th floor experience. The DJ and social aspect was enjoyable.
Disliked: When entering the hotel on the ground floor, there is a desk clerk and person standing at a podium. But no one initiates the greeting or assist with opening the door. As we are entering with suitcases and bags at minimum I would expect someone to hold the door open or invest in automatic doors. But since he is standing there that seems like a reasonable part of his responsibilities.Parking is a beast.... more should be done to assist those staying with knowing what the signs mean where we should be directed to park or avoid and the hotel should invest to getting some spaces blocked off for customers to use. Either in a nearby parking garage with daily rates or something. Also why not sell metro cards at the lobby. And have pamphlets to local attractions. Step it up a bit because the entrance is drab and does not match the 5th floor vibe.
