Liked: OMG! Loved the property and the prefect location for all the culture of Harlem.
Disliked: NOTHING. Everything was absolutely fabulous

Liked: I was there for an event at The Apollo Theater. I love the convenience of walking from the hotel to the theater which was just steps away. I love the fact that have places to shop and eat within walking distance. Perfect location.
Disliked: The elevators take a long time being that dining is on the fifth floor. It’s always crowded. The room I was in was nice and cozy but small.

Great hotel

Liked: Comfortable room, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Service at breakfast. Not a major issue but wish there were a couple more people to assist, such as filling up coffee cups etc.

Liked: The Renaissance was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I absolutely loved everything about this stay. The hotel room with a view was so beautiful. My family & I felt regal and cannot wait to return.

Work Play…

Liked: Hit or miss in service when here. Depends on who is working. No Valet, no bell hop to help with bags.
