Liked: Bar, Lobby the interiors were nice, hotel was clean.
Disliked: The staff was not much attentive especially when habing breakfast.The entrance is tricky, the staff at the desk was kind but one morning we had a rude gentlemen at the entrance.

A fun stay in Harlem.

Liked: the view, the restaurant/nightclub, very good service,friendly staff, fun location
Disliked: nothing, its a good hotel in every aspect

Disliked: They canceled my room without telling me

I liked the room but...

Liked: The space of the room is beautiful and cozy so I didn’t feel being in a hotel room. The view was amazing with the glass curtain walls. I worked in the morning in the room, it was nice with daylight, nicely designed. The bathroom and amenities space was well constituted with bedroom space.
Disliked: We arrived at around 9pm and the lobby connected to the restaurant had very loud music. We have to wait for 20min to check in and my baby started to cry bad. It seemed not well organized the reservation system. They asked me if I need a baby cot and said that they will bring it to the room but it was never delivered.

Would have been fine if...

Liked: Nice hotel, new, clean, bright rooms with lots of windows.
Disliked: The people in the room next door held loud parties both nights I was at the hotel. It was loud- like singing along to Pharrell Williams songs at 12:30 in the morning. For the first time ever I called the front desk- more than once- but it didn’t stop. It’s an expensive place to not sleep.

Liked: The location, the ambiance, the cleanliness.The on-site restaurant.You get a credit to use at the restaurant.Saw some celebrities hanging out.
Disliked: Nothing.
