High class hotel great location!

Liked: Women staying in this hotel for six nights we arrive to New York for Christmas and New Year’s eve. I have to say that I’ve been in a lot of hotels in New York, and this is one of my favourites. The staff are amazingly friendly professional and make our stay remarkable.
Disliked: The elevators but I think that we built in the busiest time of the year so you need to wait to the elevator is more longer but after the New Year’s eve we already know that all the pressure went down and the elevators were working great..
