Liked: I liked that it was in the City.
Disliked: The rooms were small, the ice machine was in the cellar of the building, the elevators barely work. The bathroom was the best part.

Excellent location, chic, discreet, quiet...

Liked: The hotel was very well located, near Flatiron, 8th avenue, many coffee shop, bakerys, Walgreens, The Whole Foods. Although there was no breakfast included in my stay, I rather preferred eat in different places. But the hotel offered delicious snacks like muffin or cookies, and that was so nice. Also they offered little bottles of water on the reception desk everyday. The room was always clean and tidy, confortable, pleasant temperature and quiet.
Disliked: I really missed a little refrigerator on my room cause sometimes we grabed a food or beverage and there wasn't a proper storage for them. But the coffee machine was superb. The wardrobe closet was pretty small also. Personally, I would prefer the floor not to be carpeted due to our allergic rhinits, but we were all fine.

Liked: The assistant front office manager Mr. Brian Nikeziq was an excellent member of the front desk team; he provided us with the best customer service and available room to make us feel comfortable and content despite the fact that the room given to us was for ADA person. it had a high ceiling and more space than the room that was offered to us.i had to call him because we were not getting anywhere with the front desk young lady at the time, she was promising something and then changing her story. so i had to call the manager and that is when Brian took charge.
Disliked: the front desk people to be more customer friendly and provide the clients the best option possible and not the worst.

Acceptable place for a short...

Liked: Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, location served our purposes well - we could reach all our destinations by walking.
Disliked: Breakfast highly non recommendable: very poor choice, low quality, high price. Additionally, I was missing storage options in the room. The available shelves are very uncomfortable and small.
