Disliked: We were there for a week with a tiny wardrobe for 6 people so had live out of suitcases, which was far from ideal!BE CAREFUL - Booked a cab via the hotel for $110 to Newark Airport. The guy added $11 tip without asking but then when I have looked at my Credit Card statement, they cancelled the original $121 transaction and processed an authorised $145.00 transaction which I have now had to raise a dispute via my bank! Stick to the yellow cabs out there!!

Liked: The hotel is in a good location, calm street yet near the main streets of attractions.
Disliked: Receiption staff lack experience, mostly going back to the focal person to get advise on what to do next.

Liked: Great location-nice staff - a bit loud ( other rooms not street). Cute bar/lobby. 10 min walk from Penn Station

Liked: The fabulous view.Great and spacious bathroom, enough storage space.Confortable bed.Friendly and professional stuff.
Disliked: Very little clothing storage space.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay....

Liked: Quirky decor on stairs, rooms were satisfactory, nice shower.
Disliked: Lifts system and bedding was very thin.
