Great location. We could walk to the French Quarter and just a short Uber to Tipi's! Lucy's across the street has killer bloody mary's and great food! Make sure to ask for an outside room as the 'courtyard' can be a bit loud. Jade, at the front desk, was AWESOME. Thanks!

Great hospitality by people who...

Liked: Room was spacious, the staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I had to check out at 3 a.m. to catch a plane home. The front desk person was running the report and could not give me a receipt. I left my email address to be able to send it to me later. As of today, I have not received a receipt for any of the 6 days I stayed there

Disliked: Outside operator of bar and restaurant, restaurant staff poor, food very poor. Cold cooked breakfast one morning.

Liked: All the staff was wonderful even in the pouring down rain. The front desk was so attentive and made me feel welcome while the valet was so courteous and quick with getting our vehicle. Thank you

Great pool & rooftop views...

Liked: The staff was rude @ front desk & valet driver was suspicious & slow @ night. The front desk agent refused to give back my key. As I was double parked in the street. Awaiting the valet to park. Felt sketchy & would not stay again
Disliked: Room wasn’t the cleanest dirty @ old outdated carpet. Price was way overpriced. The room was small & misleading. Front desk was a lil rude when called. Just wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Liked: The lobby of the hotel was decent and had a nice art gallery.
Disliked: The main issue was the safety to my room, where the door did not completely close. The hotel it was not address when brought to their attention. Also the hotel room not as represented when booked. I left after 1 day into my stay due to these concerns.

A drab and dated hotel,...

Liked: The rooms were of a decent size.Easy commute to the Convention Centre
Disliked: The hotel feels quite dated and it’s pretty low on security with no key swipe for the elevators.My room had internal facing windows, meaning if I opened the curtains for some “natural” light I was on show to all the other guests walking the corridor.The shower over bath is a little dangerous for seniors and those less steady on their feet.The food range in the restaurant was pretty limited and almost no healthy eating options.
