Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Easy check in and check out, great to have the airport shuttle service. The beds are so comfy and the gym and pool are great.

Please correct the service standards...

Liked: Jamie the morning server was a very energetic helpful server. The rooms are very nice
Disliked: Service in the restaurant not good. Staff don't use trays when bringing out beverages..I see staff wiping a dirty table and using unclean hands to reset the table...very unsanitary. There ia a female server who I saw makes families uncomfortable as she has her shirt buttoned down as if she was working at a truck stop. The week prior to staying at rhe Renaissance I was in Kigali Rwanda....the service at the Four Points Sheraton was heads above service at the Renaissance...it was very professional. Service standards at the Renaissance was not what I paid for
