adequate room with a lousy...

Liked: The location was good, close to airport. The rooms were clean.
Disliked: Requested an accessible room. The room was on the 10th floor, farthest away from the elevator. The food we ordered using room service was poor quality, pre-prepared, and not very tasty. The desk staff was rude and not very helpful. When we asked questions about the local area, they didn't seem to know or care about our questions.

Liked: The cleans of the room the beds were very soft and the pillows were soft
Disliked: It was not a very good location and the food was too expensive .

Inconsistent shuttle service

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the gym facilities were nice downstairs.
Disliked: The shuttle was said to run every 15 minutes, but did not come for almost 30 when I was waiting in the morning. I almost had to call an Uber to get to my flight which had been the whole point of staying in this hotel in the first place. I also asked for a wake up call but never got it. These seem like important parts of an airport hotel...
