Disliked: Smelly; makeup and hair on pillows; lack of control of guests; didn't recieve rooms requested.

Good location let down by...

Liked: Good location, comfortable room. Server on the bar gave great service.
Disliked: Being woken up by overly enthusiastic house keeper banging on our door just after 9am on the morning of checkout. No need for this, we were due to leave by 11. This was followed by another housekeeper at 10am. Carpet outside our room was crumpled and a trip hazard.

Close to downtown, not worth...

Liked: The staff was friendly enough and it was close to downtown.
Disliked: The main entrances were not working during the stay, one door was boarded up and the other they just blocked with the trolleys. The water in the shower took a while to heat. Whenever the heater would kick on it sounded like there was construction work going on and would wake me up throughout the night.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, clean in all areas and well labeled and lit.
Disliked: I didnt love that the front doors were not usable as we parked in the 4th and locust parking garage and it wasn't as easy to navigate in the cold january weather through an unfamiliar maze.
