Overall good experience. Nice rooms and great location to the Mission Ballroom where we were seeing concerts. With the exception of one staff lady in the breakfast restaurant, everyone else there was great! I was surprised at checkout they didn't ask how our stay was, just told us we were all set. I would have pointed out all the great things and also mentioned the two small issues that could easily have been resolved. Would definitely stay again though. Would avoid the breakfast area and just eat at the bar area where the people were wonderful and I would probably not rely on the hotel fridge to not freeze our food solid next time!

Liked: Great food! Far exceeded my expectations. Rooms were updated and nice for the money.
Disliked: The fridge in the room froze solid and ruined an expensive Lobster Mac and Cheese the first night on medium setting. Second night froze solid and ruined our pizza on the lowest setting. I addressed with the staff but nothing was done to resolve that. Also the older woman at the breakfast restaurant was rude to us two days in a row after we told her we didn't want the buffet and wanted to order off the menu. Very odd, maybe she was having a bad day but that's no excuse. It's the hospitality industry. Treat people nice!

Hotel Good but missing the...

Hotel Good..but missing the shuttle...

Liked: The Hotel was great...with inside pool, fitness, sauna .. bar ..Game room. For a few days this is definitely ok.
Disliked: The Transport from Denver airport to Hotel must be fixed, a more detailed on how to reach the Hotel would also be a good option. The Hotel did Not have Transportation from and to the Denver Airport. Need to go by train to be picked up after 5 stops...to be picked up at the train station by the shuttle bus...I mean this can be better. It's only 15 min ride if get picked up at Denver Airport. The train cost 2 dollars( min) per person...and it takes longer just to get at the Hotel.

The facilities need work, but...

Liked: The staff was really accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We had several issues throughout our stay. They addressed all of our concerns in a timely fashion.
Disliked: The place is falling apart! We had to switch rooms 3 times to find one that we could stomach for our 3 night stay. Every time we were in the room we found another thing broken.

Liked: The decor is lovely. The room was nice. Some of the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: Didn’t have a towel provided for each person in the room and staff weren’t helpful in providing additional towels. There was no soap in the bathroom either, when we asked it was later delivered to our room by a rather rude staff member. This really spoilt our overall experience especially after a 20 hour journey to get there. These were just basics which shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place.
