Liked: Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel is an excellent hotel that offers an unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the stay was perfect, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the stylish surroundings and excellent service. One special highlight that made this stay even more exceptional was the outstanding service provided by a lady named Berisha (I may be mistaken about the last name) at the reception, who was very helpful and friendly, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and pleasant. This hotel is an excellent choice for any visitor seeking comfort and top-notch service.

Liked: The hotel was massive, offering plenty of space and comfort. The reception staff were exceptional, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Its location is perfect, being close to all major stations, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the view from the hotel was lovely, adding to the overall experience.
Disliked: The room had a beautiful view, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement, and we were also disappointed that we never received the same number of towels throughout our stay. The breakfast restaurant was nice, but it was too small, and we had to wait for a table, which we weren't expecting. Additionally, a lot of the food items were finished and weren’t refilled promptly, which was a bit frustrating.
