I love the ambiance of...

Liked: I love the ambiance of the hotel. The price was affordable for a weekend and location. The staff were so welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: I did not like how we had to pay for wi-fi and parking. That was not in the description unless I did not read the fine print. I received a king size room but the bed felt like a queen. The rooms kind of did not look like the pictures on the booking app. The website or the app must need to be updated. The bed was extremely hard and our bathroom smelt like a sewer. I am hot natured and I've tried to adjust the unit in our room but it seems like it only stayed on 70 so my husband and I were very uncomfortable when we rested.

Liked: The location was perfect! Easy access to the highway going in any direction. The staff was very pleasant, especially the sweet older lady selling the coffee and the young gentlemen that was the hostess for the breakfast area that Saturday morning. The bar area was nice with tv's. Room space was very comfortable and the view was of the airport so I got to see the planes landing/taking off. The noise level was minimal too which was one of my concerns. Police on the lot at night so that was an added bonus for safety.
Disliked: The manager actually checked me in and his attempt to locate my reservation was not the best. He did greet me but he attempted to locate my reservation once, saw my previous cancelled reservation and said sorry there's nothing more I can do. As I proceeded to locate my email confirmation, the irritation on his face began to show. I remained pleasant, located it and we proceeded. I stated "pay for parking with tax, wow jokingly" he said "right, how dare we charge you to pay for parking while you stay with us and charge you tax on that, hmmph". It wasn't the most pleasant tone of response. Found a baby pacifier under bed which led me to believe the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned.
