Liked: The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Due to the fact that we used booking.com to get our rooms, there was a duplicate charge with took several days to resolve. We booked an additional room and had the same issue. The hotel was dismissive and said this was "a Booking.com problem." They went on to say they frequently have these issues with third party agents and that Booking.com is the "worse." The issue was resolved, but the duplicate charges resulted in access to limited funds will in town trying to work.Additionally, there was a biker convention at the hotel during our stay. As a result, we had to walk through a cloud of smoke every time we went in/out of the property. "No smoking signs were clearly posted, but hotel staff did nothing to remedy the situation.
