As soon as we pulled up to the hotel, we knew we had made the right decision. From valet to room service to housekeeping to the front desk staff we felt really really "special". We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to everyone at the Renaissance!

Booking.com didn’t do their job...

Liked: Very convenient far as access
Disliked: The front desk was great and helped with my dilemma, which was very bad for booking.com I may never use them again. I made the reservation a week prior they never sent over the reservation so I had to pay allover and wait for my Indy to be sent back from them which is still hasn’t been credited to my account during holiday season I’m very upset with booking.com
