As soon as we pulled up to the hotel, we knew we had made the right decision. From valet to room service to housekeeping to the front desk staff we felt really really "special". We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to everyone at the Renaissance!

Liked: We were welcomed by Estefania, with a big smile and kind attitude. Went to see a show at the Vets, and it was conveniently located next door. The restaurant was also very good. Bartenders were energetic and friendly.

Liked: Comfy bed, extremely quiet room, coffee in the morning, close proximity to Waterfire event, all staff were extremely welcoming and professional, including valet and bar kitchen staff in The Public Kitchen.
