As soon as we pulled up to the hotel, we knew we had made the right decision. From valet to room service to housekeeping to the front desk staff we felt really really "special". We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to everyone at the Renaissance!

IT WAS AN WORDERFULL STAYING

Liked: The Providence Renasssance is very close to the Shopping Mall, 5 minutes walk. The rooms are excellent, large and comfortable.Staying here was an excellent experience. All the hotel staff served us very well and with great courtesy, we will certainly return.

Wonderful. Wouldn’t mind another stay...

Liked: Clean and welcoming. Valet was terrific; informative and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room was so comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: Lobby was too cold to relax in while we waited for transportation
