Had a relaxing stay while we went to the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion. Everyone was nice. The entire place was clean. Very nice rooms. Would stay here again.

We love this hotel and use if when we go to the Norfolk area. Everyone is nice, we love the area and it's close to the Portsmouth concert venue. It's clean and the view is fantastic.

Liked: the location on the water was nice. the day time staff was great
Disliked: The evening staff was impatient, I had to move rooms 3 times one room smelled like something died and we couldn't even enter it. They were painting the bar area and the smell gave me a migraine as there is no ventilation in the place except to open the bar door.
