The location was very easy to find and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The concierge went out of his way to know our names, was so friendly to our children and made sure that we had our complimentary ( what? wow!) cookies and milk when we returned for the day. The lobby fireplace was a warm and comfortable spot to rest after a long day. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We ordered room service for breakfast and the service was tremendous. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We WILL be back.

Liked: The staff was amazing , and the concierge at the Front energy and attentiveness was the best I ever encountered. I was also amazed by the art in the hotel especially the pool area.

Good Stay
Liked: Location!Front desk staff!Concierge!
Disliked: Restaurant was convenient but TERRIBLE service! I myself & also others (watched) - no one greets you or says you upon entry until you can get the attention of a server after several tries. A hostess might be a good addition. If that’s not in the budget, then train the servers to “notice” new patrons as they enter the restaurant.

Living out of a suitcase...
Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There is virtually NO closet space. Apart from a small drawer and 4 (FOUR!) coat hangers, there is NOTHING -no shelves, no surfaces. And not for lack of space, the room is big enough to fit a BIG wardrobe. It is UNACCEPTABLE to live out of a suitcase for $300+ a night. Marriott should be ashamed! Oh and also, there is only ONE hook in the bathroom to hang a towel. There are no towel racks for hand towels. And again, not for lack of space. There are whole empty walls in there. And for good measure, having charged more for a "park view" room, they haven't cleaned the windows in I don't know how many years, so your park view is completely blurry and obscured by dirt. The answer I got from the staff was "We clean the windows from the inside but there's nothing we can do for the outer side of them"! Needless to say, it is LAUGHABLE to suggest there is no way to clean the windows from the outside. This was THE WORST 4-star hotel I've ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs!

Looks nice but it isn’t...
Liked: It was close to everything I needed to do.
Disliked: It was not clean, quiet or comfortable. The beds were hard, sheets thin and even the blankets were tapper thin. There was no sound proofing so I could hear the person peeing next door and everytime someone opened or closed a door down the hallway— including everytime someone used the elevator or talked in the hall. The room was very dusty and just overall worn. The hotel LOOKED fancy and welcoming but it was not comfortable and I did not sleep well.
