The location was very easy to find and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The concierge went out of his way to know our names, was so friendly to our children and made sure that we had our complimentary ( what? wow!) cookies and milk when we returned for the day. The lobby fireplace was a warm and comfortable spot to rest after a long day. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We ordered room service for breakfast and the service was tremendous. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We WILL be back.

It was an okay stay,...

Liked: The lobby was cool and the breakfast we ate at the restaurant was delicious. The wait staff and bartender were very personable and friendly.
Disliked: There was NO hot water to shower with or in the sink! VERY DISAPPOINTING!The indoor pool was freezing cold so we weren't able to use it which was also a very big let down.

Disliked: We had zero hot water from the time we checked in until we left. The rooms do NOT look like the pics, furniture is worn out. The rooms are so dark that I had to use my phone flashlight just to adjust the temp of the room and you don't get blankets, just 3 sheets.. awful stay! Plus it's $60 to park
