The location was very easy to find and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The concierge went out of his way to know our names, was so friendly to our children and made sure that we had our complimentary ( what? wow!) cookies and milk when we returned for the day. The lobby fireplace was a warm and comfortable spot to rest after a long day. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We ordered room service for breakfast and the service was tremendous. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We WILL be back.

Just the right amount of...

Liked: It wa. a little pricey but it was last minute because the arranged place I was supposed to stay at canceled me without notice,
Disliked: nothing.

Review: Great Location, But Not...

Superb

The location of this hotel...

Liked: The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the convention center and to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs heat, towel bars, and an exhaust fan.
Disliked: The breakfast is ordinary. The dinner is worse.The restaurant is no longer a part of the hotel.Not being able to charge the food snd bar bill to the room was inconvenient.

Great location but needs better...

Liked: The location was great! We were able to walk to dinner, which you have to go to Amada if you've never been. The hotel lobby, restaurant, and bar area were nicely decorated and had plenty of seating to just enjoy a drink and hang out. Overall it's a decent hotel.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room and the uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The sink had hair and debris in it, the faucet was dusty, the floor had debris, etc. It was evident that adequate time was not taken to properly clean the room. The bed was not comfortable at all. I woke up with back pain and overall stiffness.
