Disliked: My room had a door connecting to another room. I could hear someone talking on the phone in the middle of the night. I could hear every word

Great location with good sized...

Liked: This hotel is in a great location to visit Paris. The rooms were of a great size and the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment but the bar area had a lovely feel about it to sit and have a drink.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Rooms were stunning. Staff was lovely. Location was great.

Lovely sojourn in Paris.

Liked: The room was clean and large enough given the size of Paris hotel rooms. The staff were helpful and kindly upgraded us given my Marriott status. They also provided a lovely welcome bottle of champagne for our anniversary which was a nice touch.
Disliked: It was a bit far from most locations we were visiting but to be honest the traffic was generally bad with the upcoming Olympics so I am sure that played a role.

Poor customer service

Disliked: I canceled one night as are flight to Paris was delayed but they wouldn’t refund my stay for the cancelled night
