Liked: The aesthetics were nice, beautiful hotel and lovely room. Great location
Disliked: The staff were very rude, even to the point we were criticised for how we pronounced a drink on the menu. The systems were not working properly. When adding the deposit (€100) the check in clerk ‘accidentally’ took €500 from my credit card. When waiting for a bill from the restaurant, we waited nearly half an hour because of a supposed system error, meanwhile other guests were able to get their bills very quickly with no issues. We were told our room did not include breakfast and were charged extra for it. Only to find that our booking did in fact include breakfast! In the end the breakfast was really poor. Not worth the money.

Liked: The staff at the reception were professional and helpful. Houda was so amazing. Spoke English so fluently and assisted my colleague excellently with the check in process. She was and courteous.
Disliked: Nothing
