Disliked: Well, just a little one - .the black out curtain on the Broadway side needs to be wider - the lights on the Stock Exchange blared!

Top location but renovations needed.

Liked: Top location, can‘t be better. Great view from the restaurant.
Disliked: Hotel style is outdated, should be renovated. Reception staff is very helpful. Restaurant staff is doing the job but could be friendlier.

Amazing location, some renovation would...

Liked: Location is just perfect, directly at Time Square, the view from the Restaurant is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and equipped with everything what is needed.
Disliked: The price rather represents the location than the quality of the hotel.

Liked: Great location, right on Broadway/ Times Square. Very quiet and calm hotel, tastefully decorated, and a great respite after manic days sightseeing! Staff were great. Our family room was a good size, very comfortable and clean, and very quiet, despite overlooking Times Square. On a couple of occasions, we used our $35 per day credit to get breakfast from the little coffee shop in the lobby. Restaurant looked lovely, with great views, but we didn't use it. There are fantastic restaurants surrounding the hotel. The fast free Wi-Fi and free baggage storage after checking out were all a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
