Liked: Great location; friendly and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Well, just a little one - .the black out curtain on the Broadway side needs to be wider - the lights on the Stock Exchange blared!

Disliked: The hotel had several life safety issues with the elevators. My family suffered injuries with the elevator entrapment incident during our stay. This hotel has a history of neglect and failure to maintain safe elevators.

Disliked: The receptionist that checked us in I think her name was destiny, she was unprofessionally rude and didn’t explain anything about the deposit charges or the facilities. When I asked her about the charges at the check out she didn’t want to explain and gave us attitude. I don’t know how would marriot assign people like her as a receptionist
