Definitely the best hotel in Nashville.

Liked: Extremely comfortable and modern. The staff was amazing.
Disliked: None.

It was fine.

Liked: Location was perfect for concerts at Ryman
Disliked: I had no soap for sink and had to search for the coffee pot!

Liked: Location is a quick walk to Lower Broadway.
Disliked: Lack of electric plugs in the room. Went to Front desk to ask for a late checkout, was reluctant to get me a late checkout even though I was part of a block for a wedding. Told me I’d need to pay $50 to get a noon check out. Called from my room and they offered me 12 and then extended it to 12:30 no charge. Thankfully I thought to go at it in another direction. Hotel rate was too high for what we got.

Excellent stay in the heart...

Liked: Location, stellar valet service, professional staff and ease of check-in. Just far enough from Broadway to keep you out of the fray, but still in the trenches ;)
Disliked: Two hotel bars closed at midnight on the weekend. We just wanted a nice, quiet nightcap in our hotel after the concert at Bridgestone. Bar staff extremely anxious to shut down and get out promptly at midnight :(

Liked: Location - walk way to the Broadway makes it very safe.
Disliked: Swimming pool was closed for refurbishment. Advertised that this would happen in November.
