Exceptional

Great location and hotel. Could...

Liked: Great design. Great location. Comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Reception was chaotic. We had asked for an early check-in, which was not ready on time. The young lady at the desk asked us to wait a few minutes then we saw her leaving after her shift.

An overall fantastic experience.

Liked: Excellent all around stay.
Disliked: The waiter in the morning for breakfast was not attentive to our needs.

Rude and unwelcoming staff made...

Liked: Comfy room and bed. Room Service.
Disliked: The reception staff were so rude. Not just to me but I witnessed this with other guests. I asked where I could get a SIM card having just arrived in the Canada and they couldn't help at all. I then found many places within a 5 min walk. They could have been more helpful. I wasn't told what time check out was or anything , which might explain why rooms are not ready for the next guests as virtually no information is given to the ones before.
