Pleasant, clean, and quiet. However,...

Liked: It was clean, nice, and pleasant.
Disliked: It took the bell man to bring a luggage cart over three hours after calling to get to my room. It was 9:34 a.m. when I requested service, and 1:12 before they arrived at my room.

Didn’t stay,

Disliked: We were told several months ago that a note would be made on our reservation so that we would have adjoining rooms. I was traveling with my family. When I got there I was told a mistake must have been made by a trainee after a large party arrived and there were no adjoining rooms available. Due to this we did not stay there and had to rush to find other accommodations which actually turned out to be good

Great Stay

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The facilities need more elevators. There was a long wait for the elevator. Parking should also be included for that price.
