Liked: Location was perfect. Very close to Mall of America. Staff was friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean and very similar to the pictures that are on the booking site

Decent hotel

Liked: this is a nice hotel for the price and the staff were very friendly. The pool and fitness center looked great and the beds/room were comfortable.
Disliked: I checked in on November 27th and I was very disappointed with the snack options from the lounge. It was not stocked like the photos. They didn't have any meal options for breakfast on Thanksgiving and the restaurant was also closed.

Funky, quiet, comfy

Liked: Comfy and clean room. It had a few quirks (washroom door didn’t fully latch, the light by the door needed to warm up before it became bright), but the walls were thick (didn’t hear our neighbours at all), the bed was comfy, the decor was really cool, and it was fun to explore!
