Well balanced; location, cost and...

Liked: Staff is excellent, good sized room, great location. Great big large televisions.
Disliked: Our room had a rubberized mattress protector that makes a racket if you toss and turn. I understand why it's needed but other hotels have figured it out so there must be a solution. We removed the rubber cover the second night and put the top sheet over it. Rooms are large with new flooring but the hotel hallways smell old. This being said I would stay there again. Staff (exceptional) location and price point were very good.

Disliked: Extremely tiny rooms, no all day dining

Don't stay on the first...

Liked: The breakfast is not bad, you can order some hot food like pancake or omelet.
Disliked: There's a bar on the ground floor of the hotel, so it is very noisy at night if you stay at the street facing rooms on the first or second floor. Also facilities is not good, bathroom shower leaking, you don’t know from which direction water will spray out. The hotel also accommodates group guests.
