Disliked: Some TV channels were not working, and we reported this on our first day and we were told that they were looking into it and that they would get it fixed. After staying in the hotel for 5 nights, they still did not fix the problem.When we arrived with our luggage there were no Porters to help us with our luggage. For a 5* Hotel, we would at least expect some help.The windows in the room are openable but they need to have some sort of stay on them as they fully open into the room which is not practical or safe.This Hotel has no baths in the rooms.

Liked: Staff is excellent, good sized room, great location. Great big large televisions.
Disliked: Our room had a rubberized mattress protector that makes a racket if you toss and turn. I understand why it's needed but other hotels have figured it out so there must be a solution. We removed the rubber cover the second night and put the top sheet over it. Rooms are large with new flooring but the hotel hallways smell old. This being said I would stay there again. Staff (exceptional) location and price point were very good.
