Liked: Good sized room and bathroom with bath. Professional and helpful staff.

Check in support was excellent

Liked: Check in and baggage storage organised by young woman at desk around 10:45 am on 14th November was superb.
Disliked: Beds small and mattress too soft. No pillow firmness options

Liked: Great location and reception staff were excellent!! Concierge was helpful! The attendant at the front was very helpful with my suitcases on arrival
Disliked: Breakfast egg chef needs to communicate better. Room 0521 may need a change of lights, some aren’t working. The mattress might need a change, quite hard, felt the springs.

Good location with a large...

Liked: It's ideally located for the airport, with a large car park where you can park overnight for £15. The room was comfortable albeit the temperature control was hit & miss. The bed was very comfortable and the room was vey clean.
Disliked: The rooms are not as soundproofed as you would hope, the aircraft noise was still audible. the restaurant was a disappointment, there's few soft furnishings so the sound of other guests really travelled, making the meal noisy. The food was average at best. the restaurant staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Liked: Location to airport
Disliked: Upgrade to room gave us runway room , which was noisier than wanted . Arrived late, left early , only wanted to sleep, not the best

Sound proof

Liked: Modern Interior and really well insulated from airport noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value car parking. Will stay again
