Was nice area to stay...

Liked: Room was clean bed comfy. Bar area was great & great service. Check in staff were very nice when we checked in. When we checked out the man who helped me was very very kind & nice.
Disliked: We asked a front area employee (a Women) if we could use a luggage cart when we arrived, she was not very nice to us. Also the outside man that was doing the valet parking was also not very nice to us. We didn't do valet parking, we parked our own vehicle.

Liked: Location - super close to everything, but not on Strip so you don’t have all the crazy traffic. Also conveniently located right next to the convention center

Not a good experience

Disliked: The aer conditioning broke and smelled like burning in the room. Did not have any other room to give us ,so we ended up staying in the same room all night and didn't sleep well. We waited 2 hours to figure out what was going on. They promised a 50% discount for the night, which didn't happen. The next day, we waited half of the day to have a new room ready for us. Also, they have full elevators, and only one was working on the first day when we got thereOur vacation was wasted on waiting to have things fixed. I expected better things from Renaissance.

Excellent stay at the Renaissance...

Liked: I've stayed in many hotels. The Renaissance in Las Vegas is a really great one -- very clean, very professional staff. I would certainly stay there again when I return to Las Vegas.

Liked: Great location! Great breakfast! Perfect place to stay at the festival that’s close to the grounds but gets you away from the chaos.
Disliked: Nothing!

The hotel was nice but...

Liked: I liked the hotel staff when checking in and the free vouchers.
Disliked: There were many issues with the room and the breakfast. When I checked in and went to the room there was a massive wet spot on the bed under the covers despite the staff saying that the room had just been serviced by housekeeping. Upon coming back to the hotel for my final night’s stay there was a very disgusting smell emanating from the bathroom. The breakfast breakdown was a bit confusing and should be detailed in the booking. Parking should also be included. As well as free wifi without signing up for something.
