Pleasant
Liked: Very nice room , good balance between pure cruise and city visit
Disliked: Personnel was extremely unprofessional and rude. Lack of motivation. Breakfast overpriced for what you get. Pool area is not well kept. Refurbishments in common areas are needed

Convenient for what we needed...
Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Did not include any amenities (breakfast, etc.) Was not cleanest but made do. Staff did not have our reservations pre-paid so tried to charge again.

Location and quality.
Liked: Location to Port Everglades. Very walkable. 10 mins. Clean. Alot to do and see around.
Disliked: Maybe being away from ice machine would have been better. Noisy at times.

Waitstaff and bathroom
Liked: Waitstaff at breakfast excellent, especially Nena and Perry. Bartender Ken was amazing
Disliked: Bathroom. Shower head was too forceful, felt like needles on my face. Plus water ended up on floor after shower. Bathroom sink drained SLOWLY.

Not worth the money spent....
Liked: The first night, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The shower was nice the next morning.
Disliked: First of all, we paid in full through Booking.com four days before our stay. When we arrived on Thursday night, the hotel staff charged us again. On Friday morning, my husband went to get breakfast to bring up to our room, but by about 9 AM, they didn't have much left. There were also no plates or utensils readily available to bring food back to the room. I ended up eating no breakfast that day because what my husband managed to get was cold. The free breakfast didn't matter in the end, yet we paid more for the room to have it included.We went to the front desk to inquire about the double charge before heading out, and we were told it would be escalated to management. On Friday night, we noticed a strong smell of rubbing alcohol but couldn't determine its source. We thought maybe the cleaning staff used something. We went to bed but were soon awakened by the fire alarm and an announcement to evacuate. We stepped outside our room to see what was happening, and water was pouring out of the room next door. By the time we went back inside, water was pouring under the wall into our room.We had to scramble to gather our belongings and dragged our wet bags down three flights of stairs to exit the building, as instructed. This was no easy feat for me, as I have a fresh knee replacement and metal in both feet. I was left with bruised arms. We had to walk all the way around to the front of the building and wait outside. Once we were let in because we were no longer in danger, we had to spend three hours in the hotel lobby, in our pajamas, in public, struggling with our wet luggage meant for a week-long cruise.When I went to the front desk to see if we could get another room, they handed us a room on the fifth floor. As we went up the elevator, water was beginning to pour down the staircase. We were in the room long enough to shower and nap before having to leave.As far as the double charge? It took them 12 days to reimburse us. Left us without cash.

Mixed reviews due to the...
Liked: Pool , comfortable beds, updated rooms , good buffet.
Disliked: Found a bra that was left in the room , another member of our group found a half eaten hamburger! The front end staff weren’t able to provide me with a detailed bill printout on there system , as my stay was booked with Booking. com but payment was collected by hotel, without the assistance of the manager . I had a $30 charge that couldn’t be explained that was removed from the bill.
