disappointing stay

Liked: location to cruise port
Disliked: bathroom shower head pipe loose and not fixed to wall, torn towels, cold food at buffet breakfast (should be hot), double charged at check-in with 2nd charge still on my credit card 1 week later, pending charge but tying up my credit. Valet lost my car whilst in their care. Was promised an email from the manager on check out day regarding issues but none received a week later. very poor experience given the cost of the 1 night stay.

Liked: Great location for cruise port. Staff were very helpful and bar/restaurant area by pool was very good with friendly staff. Made for a nice relaxing start to our trip.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little disappointing. First day food was cold and second day buffet wasn’t open so had to order off the menu which was slow but food was hotter.
