Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Smelly; makeup and hair on pillows; lack of control of guests; didn't recieve rooms requested.

Close to downtown, not worth...

Liked: The staff was friendly enough and it was close to downtown.
Disliked: The main entrances were not working during the stay, one door was boarded up and the other they just blocked with the trolleys. The water in the shower took a while to heat. Whenever the heater would kick on it sounded like there was construction work going on and would wake me up throughout the night.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, clean in all areas and well labeled and lit.
Disliked: I didnt love that the front doors were not usable as we parked in the 4th and locust parking garage and it wasn't as easy to navigate in the cold january weather through an unfamiliar maze.

Liked: Fantastic location downtown and walking distance from all kinds of centrally located shops and restaurants. Close to civic center and lots of parking. Quiet and clean.
Disliked: Very small sink that tends to spill water on the floor.

Great downtown stay

Liked: The location is perfect; it’s close to everything downtown.
Disliked: I went to the front desk to ask for an extended/late checkout and asked for 12:30 or 1pm. The woman helping me said “I can do noon.” Thinking that checkout was at 11, like many other places, I said ok. I went back to the room and saw listed on the bathroom door that checkout was ordinarily at noon. She didn’t offer me anything or tell me that the hotels checkout was noon. How rude.
