Superb

Liked: All the staff members were very nice, the valet guys and night shift front desk guy always very helpful and nice.
Disliked: The room, it was a little dirty and door cabinet was broken

Liked: Beautiful hotel with very nice amenities. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable. All the staff members I interacted with were fantastic. Good location in downtown
Disliked: I requested a room away from the elevator. I know that requests are not guaranteed and it's not a big issue. But I got the room right in front of the elevator. It was a minor inconvenience that I found ironic.Oh and all the pillows are very soft. It would be great to have a couple of different ones to choose. But also a minor thing.
