Liked: Room was extremely comfortable and clean. The bed was a dream. Closeness to the airport and free shuttles were a big plus. Staff were wonderful. They went the extra mile for us. The shuttle drivers were extremely helpful. Everyone was so very upbeat. That just made our stay even better. Even the Bar and Grill staff. We were meeting our son, coming in from Guam via Hawaii with his dog. Both were frazzled and tired. We needed to take his dog back with us. We needed shuttle pet allowance information, which the desk staff quickly called and provided. Everything went perfectly. So many good people.
Disliked: There was only one drawer which was not really horrible for our stay, however, any more than an overnight stay may have been inconvenient. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom causing everything to become very damp post shower.We learned to leave the bathroom door open, which could be inconvenient for some.
