Disappointing and way too expensive...

Liked: Restaurant staff was nice.
Disliked: Overall bad value for money. They charge for internet which really should be illegal in 2025. The shuttle does not go to the international terminal so they told us to take a taxi (30$). You are better off staying at any of the other hotels around the airport.

Great hotel, but small safety...

Liked: We loved the entire hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing! Watching the airplanes was so entertaining
Disliked: There was a gap in the door to the patio. The actual lock didn't work, so there was a chain lock. It was super cold and there was a decent breeze coming in through the door. My daughter would go to the door to look out and try to push it open. She slammed her finger in the opening.

Over priced for what is...

Liked: The view of the airport
Disliked: Looks like they are cutting back. No free WiFi - $9.99 a day unless a member. No mention of this on arrival. Room looking tired. Tap in sink moved every time you tried to turn it on. Shower didn’t work very well, as more water came out of taps, than shower even after pulling up lever!! Used to be exceptional this hotel, but standards seem to have dropped. Now $25 to park your car. No breakfast included either, considering the price you pay. Such a shame as previous experiences have been brilliant!!
