Comfortable and fancy place to...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, excellent and attentive staff, very clean rooms and comfortable bed! Shuttle bus to and from airport was also convenient. Room had a comfortable chair with footstool, and the balcony with runway view was so cool!
Disliked: I paid extra for a balcony room with runway view. During the day it was great! At night it was loud so we slept with white noise. Also the room didn’t have many electrical outlets and only one usb outlet.

Liked: Easy to check in and get to my room, easy to check out, clean, good facilities
Disliked: Mostly the restaurant: the food was overly salty, the quality was subpar for the price and the staff was not overly welcoming/helpfulThe shuttle service from the airport is unduly complicated: cross the entire airport to then take a shuttle for over 30 minutes to arrive, when a cab would take just over 5 minutes…

Will not stay here again.

Liked: The property itself was fine, clean and our room was good enough for the stay we needed it for. Housekeeping staff we encountered were very courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Staff at the desk were not friendly or courteous. Upon check in the receptionist gave us our key for a room with a king bed. I booked a 2 Queen bed. I walked back down and told her there was a mistake she said nothing no apology nothing took the key and just handed me another key. Just sort of rude about and made me feel like I was the problem.

Liked: The location is great. There were plenty of restaurants all around.
Disliked: The one thing I didn’t like was how the staff in the restaurant Ms. Ronda tried to tell us how much to tip. Our waitress told us that it should have been explained when we arrived that tips should be over 15 dollars because it had to be split between different workers. Because of that statement I took back what I was going to tip which was 15 and tipped 5 dollars. 18% was $6.40. Some people should appreciated what others have to offer because some people don’t tip anything.

Liked: Exceeded my expectations of an airport hotel. It's great! Everyone staff member I met was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I ate in the restaurant, which was also excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.
