My kids and I had...

Liked: Staff was very nice
Disliked: Room has some wear and tear. Especially around the ceiling. Shower was hard to use.

Incredible staff, clean and luxurious,...

Liked: Our favorite part of our stay was dinning with our bartender Kate. She was such a light and joy, and although we are local, she made us feel like we were on vacation even though we stayed for a single night! Her cocktails were superb, & she was on top of her game even with the busyness of the night. The whole staff was kind and generous, but we will definitely be back because of the magic she added to our stay.
Disliked: only thing we didn't like was that we didn't stay longer!

Liked: Front desk was welcoming. There’s rooms were really clean, modern and you could smell the cleanliness
Disliked: Pillows were way too soft, firmer pillows would be nice.

Clean facility central location but...

Liked: Lobby open 24 hours
Disliked: Water in shower or bath room for teeth brushing very white calcium content no filter in the water . Turn on hot water and collect water on your palm you will see how bad it is! Scary to brush teeth! Don’t live in Columbus if this is a problem everywhere !
