The Issues We Did Have...

Liked: The hotel lobby is beautiful and the restaurant (Asado Urban Grill) inside the hotel was delicious. The rooms were clean and in great condition, room service did a great job! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there was an incident on our floor the night of 12/8 where another two guests of the hotel were having a physical altercation. The man was beating and chasing the woman and they made it outside of our door, the woman was screaming for help so my partner called security while I ended up getting involved by shoving the man off the woman. Things escalated, the man had friends and then ultimately the man and his accomplices escaped which was frightening since they knew what room my partner and I were staying in. All of this so far is obviously not the hotel's fault; however, security response was terrible. It took 10-15 minutes for security to come up to our floor and as soon as the man arrived the aggressors fled and security did not pursue them. Another guest actually did and recorded this and a part of the physical altercation between the aggressive man, his friends, my partner, and myself.

Just okay for us will...

Liked: Atmosphere is relatively modern in the lobby and common spaces. Starbucks in the lobby does accept ahead orders.
Disliked: Room smell was musty temperature was hard to control and fixtures are “tired”. Could use some technology updates. USB ports on the lamps did not work. Even with cleaning there’s no attention to detail.
