Liked: Close to airport. We were able to check in late and leave early quickly. Rooms were ok the windows were a bit dated but otherwise it was relaxing. Nice bathroom
Disliked: Shuttle ran 30 mins sets early morning so we just ubered to the airport. It was a quick cheap ride but I preferred the shuttle

Disliked: There was to many hidden fees and tv wasn’t working had problems with the lobby trying to get our food we ordered.

Comfortable stop in Rosemont with...

Liked: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's fairly quiet given the highway and airport are pretty close. Everything was clean, which is a most important first step. Can't say enough about the staff. From check in to restaurant folks were accommodating and helpful. There aren't many dining choices close by, but the restaurant inside was pretty good. Breakfast buffet was good. Coffee how we like it, robust! The club sandwich with avocado was very good. Handcut fries were awesome. Nice pool area. The family commented that the water temperature was very comfortable. This hotel is a short walk to the Cumberland stop on the blue line. Might be a challenge in winter on the sidewalks, but mid October it was very easy. You are just a few stops to the airport and it's a relief to avoid Chicago traffic into downtown.
Disliked: Could use an additional wash cloth in the room, but the staff will bring more if you ask. Parking was extra charge per day.
