Liked: The hotel is a beautiful with great amenities. Staff very helpful and the room was very nice. My daughter and I came to Chicago to see Wicked. It was a close walk to the theater. If it wasn't for all the loud noise that kept us up most of the night, I would have rated the hotel excellent. It was just disappointing to not get the rest we'd hoped for.
Disliked: We had to call security around 1:00 AM as there was a loud thumping of techno-type music and we could hear people like there was a party going on. Don't believe it was on our floor but above our below. It finally stopped and then some very loud women were in the room next to us and talked loudly and banged things around until around 3:00 AM.

Disliked: Stayed for christmas downtown, did want beds facing Wrigley building (clock tower) to see from sitting on the bed, called front desk, they didn't want to bother seeing if any other rooms were available to switch us to, this was our second time staying at this location, the door stopper on the wall was dangling off, and our room had a odor of mold that I didn't smell last year we were there, I'm very allergic to mold so I can smell it easily. No outdoor holiday bar like other hotels in the area. But great location to train, theaters, the bean and shopping.Valet service was excellent.
