Liked: The hotel is a beautiful with great amenities. Staff very helpful and the room was very nice. My daughter and I came to Chicago to see Wicked. It was a close walk to the theater. If it wasn't for all the loud noise that kept us up most of the night, I would have rated the hotel excellent. It was just disappointing to not get the rest we'd hoped for.
Disliked: We had to call security around 1:00 AM as there was a loud thumping of techno-type music and we could hear people like there was a party going on. Don't believe it was on our floor but above our below. It finally stopped and then some very loud women were in the room next to us and talked loudly and banged things around until around 3:00 AM.

Liked: Location and the cleanliness of the rooms was great! Beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: Our bathroom had a delayed hot water running. The sink did not have proper hot water running, just a bit warm. And the shower took forever for the hot water. Moreover, the valet parking staff can be better. My car had the smell of weed after it was given back to us. Clearly someone was smoking in it which was not a pleasant experience.
