Weekend brake in Brussels

Liked: The breakfast, location, most staff very friendly and nice. Rooms clean and pleasant.
Disliked: The hotel lowers starting price and than tries to charge for everything separately (even if the wi-fi was in price I had to go to reception and ask for it to be free in my rooms otherwise it wanted me to accept charges 8Euro/day). The parking cost is 30 Euro/day, but for one day I was charged 1.5times and staff member explained that he can't do anything with it. Technical problems with pass key not working properly at the pool and at parking gate (had to leave the car at the gate and walk 3 times in the row to reception for the gate to finally work - few cars already waited behind, and drivers getting impatient). Big hole in the ceiling over the swimming pool - looks nasty and unclean.
