Comfortable hotel overall with good...

Liked: The room was spacious, with a large desk and comfortable bed. The location is quite convenient, close to a train station and with different bus connections. It was great to have filtered water on every floor, with two reusable bottles in the room. The fridge and the kettle in the room worked just fine.
Disliked: The shower head was leaking, making it inconvenient to shower. The staff was not always very efficient.

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, mold growing in shower and brown stain on toilet seat. Complain but nothing was done about it. Restaurant service was extremely slow, had to go to bar to place order. Worker that bought our extra bed smelled awful and left horrible smell in our room that lingered for a long time.

Liked: Excellent pool. Conveniently located. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The area around the hotel was quite poorly lit and very quiet when we went. Obviously outside our control but something I was mindful of as we went out for dinner most evenings.
