In general it is a very nice hotel - this was my fiancée's second time staying there and both times she was disappointed by the smell of the bed/sheets.

Great location, easy to get to from the Comcast Center. Great view of the Gillette Stadium and shopping, shopping, shopping :-) My husband and I had the best night sleep at a hotel - you sink into the mattress and pillow. The walk in shower was awesome. Overall, best experience ever - thank you Concerthotels.com.

Liked: The location was the only benefit
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable, the room was freezing or a sauna. The vents were incredibly loud and disruptive to sleep.

Very disappointing and insulting with...

Liked: Great location. Lots of amenities all close by.
Disliked: Staff were not helpful or respectful. I booked a king deluxe room for three nights, a king bed ad a queen bed. Got to my room and it had one king bed and a sofa pull out. Was told that booking.com wont advertise their rooms correctly and thats my room like it or not. Would not help and were very rude when I questioned this, asked me if I wanted linen for the sofa, then was given one pillow, a sheet and thin old looking blanket. Had to make bed myself, and three nights there not once did they make the beds! Room was dusty and showed signs of wear and tear. Embarassing with my guest who flew in from overseas for this stay.

Convenient location, but nothing cozy...

Liked: The property is in a good location for easy access to major highways. The main floor of facility was clean.
Disliked: Housekeeping was poor. Upon arrival, we were given a room with one queen bed, despite having reserved a room with 2 queens. The room was filthy. They moved us to a more spacious room with two queens. They didn’t fully clean the room the next day as toothpaste marks were in sink, etc. The following day, the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The front desk immediately sent up clean towels. They told me my booking was only for a partial cleaning and that she would switch it to a full cleaning. This has never happened before. The room felt drafty. There were no bathrobes or slippers. I wish I brought some with me.
