In general it is a very nice hotel - this was my fiancée's second time staying there and both times she was disappointed by the smell of the bed/sheets.

Great location, easy to get to from the Comcast Center. Great view of the Gillette Stadium and shopping, shopping, shopping :-) My husband and I had the best night sleep at a hotel - you sink into the mattress and pillow. The walk in shower was awesome. Convenient location, but nothing cozy...

Liked: The property is in a good location for easy access to major highways. The main floor of facility was clean.
Disliked: Housekeeping was poor. Upon arrival, we were given a room with one queen bed, despite having reserved a room with 2 queens. The room was filthy. They moved us to a more spacious room with two queens. They didn’t fully clean the room the next day as toothpaste marks were in sink, etc. The following day, the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The front desk immediately sent up clean towels. They told me my booking was only for a partial cleaning and that she would switch it to a full cleaning. This has never happened before. The room felt drafty. There were no bathrobes or slippers. I wish I brought some with me.
