In general it is a very nice hotel - this was my fiancée's second time staying there and both times she was disappointed by the smell of the bed/sheets.

Liked: Personnel was excellent!
Disliked: Beds smelled; room was not as described; no fridge,

Great location, easy to get to from the Comcast Center. Great view of the Gillette Stadium and shopping, shopping, shopping :-) My husband and I had the best night sleep at a hotel - you sink into the mattress and pillow. The walk in shower was awesome. Overall, best experience ever - thank you Concerthotels.com.

Disliked: The website said the hotel provides a complimentary continental breakfast… but when we went to get breakfast there were servers saying we had to pay. Very disappointed in the lack of clarity. Not to mention when I checked in the front desk told me as well breakfast was complimentary.
