In general it is a very nice hotel - this was my fiancée's second time staying there and both times she was disappointed by the smell of the bed/sheets.

Liked: Personnel was excellent!
Disliked: Beds smelled; room was not as described; no fridge,

Great location, easy to get to from the Comcast Center. Great view of the Gillette Stadium and shopping, shopping, shopping :-) My husband and I had the best night sleep at a hotel - you sink into the mattress and pillow. The walk in shower was awesome. Overall, best experience ever - thank you Concerthotels.com.

Liked: Property was lovely, the receptionist and bar staff deserve an award for being professional and kind with clearly some kind of sports tournament of young kids running wild, yelling and parents oblivious to the rude behavior. The staff were professional and helpful.
