Liked: Staff are friendly William from main reception and Olivia at the breakfast restaurant made my stay feel amazing
Disliked: No roof top access it was closed for repairs

Disliked: - poor breakfast and room service menu- narrow parking entrance

Disliked: The fact that 150€ was taken from my credit card to cover any drinks in the bar - a month later I still have not received the amount owing to me - 120€. I find this appalling since I have sent 3 emails of complaint and the refund still has not appeared in my account- I would not recognise hotel
