Beautiful hotel; front desk staff was very efficient when checking in a long line of customers. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location! Easy access to alot of local entertainment, stores, eateries, etc. Great experience for our first stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Con - I requested, reserved and paid for a club room through ConcertHotels, but when I got to the front desk the staff had no knowledge of the premium request (lack of proper communication between ConcertHotels and the Renaissance). The front desk staff was able to accommodate the request however once I showed my itinerary. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The location can't be beat. Valet parking as mentioned earlier is expensive, but there are nearby self-parking alternatives which are much less expensive if you don't mind parking your own car.

Disliked: didnt have have complaintary breakfast. Waited in restaurant line to be told the wait would be 30mins and suggested we try the cafe on first level. Got there and the wait was long with one barista.Pool ceiling had off putting whole in skylight

Liked: Rooms are comfortable and on a larger side and the the staff is pleasant.
Disliked: Pool was disgusting... couldn't see the bottom at the 3' depth. Ran out of clean towels and no one to pick up used towels and replenish with clean ones.Cafeteria is small and only one person working in the morning. For the hotel this size, and that many people in the hotel, there should be more people working at the bar.Out toilet was broken and not refilling with water.
