Beautiful hotel; front desk staff was very efficient when checking in a long line of customers. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location! Easy access to alot of local entertainment, stores, eateries, etc. Great experience for our first stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Con - I requested, reserved and paid for a club room through ConcertHotels, but when I got to the front desk the staff had no knowledge of the premium request (lack of proper communication between ConcertHotels and the Renaissance). The front desk staff was able to accommodate the request however once I showed my itinerary. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The location can't be beat. Valet parking as mentioned earlier is expensive, but there are nearby self-parking alternatives which are much less expensive if you don't mind parking your own car.

Liked: Location; room; staff; club breakfast.
Disliked: Miscommunication between ConcertHotels and Renaissance.

Liked: this property was in a great location walkable to every activity that we had planned
Disliked: One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of a harbor view and the hot tub, but neither were available upon arrival, also with the shape of the building it took us a while to get to our room from the elevator

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Told them it was my son’s 13th birthday and they upgraded my room and left him some treats. Room was exceptionally clean. Definitely will stay here again.

Liked: The Renaissance is located right next to the harbor and is within walking distance of several of Baltimore's major attractions. My husband and I used to live in downtown Baltimore, so it was fun to be right in the center of everything and show our kids the city. The hotel was clean, rooms simple but nice. Would stay again.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have breakfast or have a restaurant in the hotel that was open during the afternoon hours. Also, the hot tub was broken while we were there.

Liked: Scenic location near Inner Harbor. Rooms are clean and in good condition with nice bathroom and showers. Good selection of TV channels for news and sports. I received good 5G cell phone signal. Onsite bar and restaurant. 24 hour front desk and a good security presence. Inside pool and gym. Many other restaurants within a short walking distance. Less than a mile walk to Orioles and Ravens stadiums. Excellent service during check in and checkout.
Disliked: Lacked onsite 24 hour food service. If not a Marriott rewards member there is a daily charge for internet access. But this wasn’t a issue for me because I received a good 5G cell phone signal.
