Disliked: Breakfast was included, but I ended up having to pay. Parking is paid, $24 per night. That's an absurd.

Liked: Love this hotel. Have for years. Location. Cleanliness. Easy in and out!
Disliked: ESPN didn’t work and my husband was so disappointed. They did make an adjustment in our bill which helped make the situation palatable. The only other thing that my husband and I both noticed separately was the slickness of the shower floor once you used the soap and shampoo. VERY dangerous. I was extremely careful - they may need to add a mat.

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the receptionist who checked us in was exceptional - friendly and welcoming, which is deeply appreciated after a long drive.
Disliked: The walk-in shower (I had a suite) had no mat. I have a knee injury and the experience to shower felt dangerous. I had to send a member of our team out to buy a shower mat for my safety. The hotel seemed a little old. The suite was decorated in a mid-century modern style which was not very much to my liking, but this is just a personal preference.

Disliked: There was an employee in the restaurant, it was really busy and I understand that she is frustrated but she was really rude.

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice with enough towels for 2 people.
Disliked: Pillows in my opinion where to soft and could not sleep well.
