Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the receptionist who checked us in was exceptional - friendly and welcoming, which is deeply appreciated after a long drive.
Disliked: The walk-in shower (I had a suite) had no mat. I have a knee injury and the experience to shower felt dangerous. I had to send a member of our team out to buy a shower mat for my safety. The hotel seemed a little old. The suite was decorated in a mid-century modern style which was not very much to my liking, but this is just a personal preference.

Disliked: There was an employee in the restaurant, it was really busy and I understand that she is frustrated but she was really rude.

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice with enough towels for 2 people.
Disliked: Pillows in my opinion where to soft and could not sleep well.

Superb

Liked: Beautiful pool and great location. The rooms were comfortable with a nice dedicated work space for business travelers.
Disliked: There were some challenges ordering poolside, but I think that would go smoother for weekend stays. I enjoyed a mid-week stay and they still do serve around the pool, but you have to go inside to order.
